Still Unable to See the Pop-up?

Make sure your computer does not have additional pop-up blocking software. If it does, you will need to enable pop-ups from event.oprah.com or disable your pop-up blocker to watch the online class.
Check to see if you have a yellow bar displaying at the top of your browser. Sometimes your browser will let you know if a pop-up is being blocked this way. If you do see this yellow bar, click on it, and choose the option that "Allows for Pop-ups".

Test Your Browser Settings We know some of you experienced issues accessing Oprah and Eckhart Tolle's live class. From the feedback you've provided, we feel the main issue was caused by a software change that confused some pop-up blockers. In order to make sure you don't have this problem again, please follow the instructions below. Click here to access class. Please note: The following information pertains to adjusting pop-up blocking settings within your browser. If you have additional pop-up blocking software installed, you'll need to consult the specific instructions for that pop-up blocker.
We have detected that you need to install the Move media player. In order to view the A New Earth Web event, you will need to install a special media player from Move Networks. The installation process will only take several minutes to complete. To begin, click on the "Begin Install" button. We have detected that your screen resolution is not set at the optimum settings. Screen Resolution The minimum screen size for optimum viewing of the event is 1024 x 786. If your computer allows, we suggest resetting your monitor to 1024 x 786 or greater. Not sure how to reset your monitor? Refer to our webcast support page. If you are unable to reset your screen resolution, or if you choose not to modify the setting, you can still view the A New Earth Web event, but with limited functionality. At the top of your browser window select the "Tools" option 2. From the list that displays, select "Pop-up Blocker" 3. Once the "Pop-up Blocker" is highlighted you will see 2 more options to the right, select "Pop-up Blocker Settings" 4. A "Pop-up Blocker Settings" window will display. Enter the following in the "Address of website to allow" field: event.oprah.com and click the "Add" button. 5. You'll now notice in the "Allowed Sites" area below that event.oprah.com is now an allowed site. Click on the "close" button to close the window. 6. You are now ready to proceed to Step 2. Internet Explorer 6.0 for Windows 1. At the top of your browser window select the "Tools" option 2. From the list that displays, select "Pop-up Blocker" 3. Once the "Pop-up Blocker" is highlighted you will see 2 more options to the right, select "Pop-up Blocker Settings" 4. A "Pop-up Blocker Settings" window will display. You'll now notice in the "Allowed Sites" area below that event.oprah.com is now an allowed site. Click on the "close" button to close the window. 6. You are now ready to proceed to Step 2. Firefox for Windows 1. At the top of your browser window select the "Tools" option 2. From the list that displays, select "Options" 3. Select the third tab "Content" marked with a blue globe icon. 4. You'll note that the "Block pop-up windows" option is checked. To allow the webcast to display, click on the "Exceptions" button directly to the right of "Block pop-up windows". 5. An "Allowed Sites – Popups" window will display. Enter the following in the "Address of web site" field: event.oprah.com and select the "allow" button. 6. You'll now notice in the "Site Status" area below that event.oprah.com is now an allowed site. Click on the "close" button to close the window. 7. From the "Options" window, select "Ok" 8. You are now ready to proceed to Step 2. Firefox for Macs 1. Locate the Firefox menu in the top left corner of your screen. Click on it and select "Preferences" from the drop-down menu. 2. Select the third tab "Content" marked with a blue globe icon. 3. You'll note that the "Block pop-up windows" option is checked. To allow the webcast to display, click on the "Exceptions" button directly to the right of "Block pop-up windows". 4. An "Allowed Sites – Popups" window will display. Enter the following in the "Address of web site" field: event.oprah.com and select the "allow" button. 5. Close the two preferences windows and refresh the page. 6. You are now ready to proceed to Step 2. Safari for Macs The Safari Browser will work regardless of the pop-up setting. If you would like to test your browser, please proceed to Step 2.	STEP 2 Did the pop-up launch? If you saw the pop-up window, you are all set for Monday night. If you did not see the pop-up window, please see further instructions under "Still Unable to See the Pop-up?" Click on the button below to test your pop-up.
