Click the "Install Now" button, and then the "Allow" button when it displays at the top right of the screen. A Software Installation pop-up for the Move Media Player will display. Click the "Install Now" button on the pop-up. When complete, click the "Restart Firefox" button. Your browser will automatically restart (this may take a few seconds) and the program will begin.

In order to view the video, you will need to install a special media player from Move Networks. The player will enable you to watch our video in a personal, extraordinary viewing experience!
The installation process will only take several minutes to complete. Click the "Install Now" button to begin. Please note: The Move media player is not a stand-alone piece of software. It is actually a plug-in that runs through your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari).
After the file is downloaded you will be prompted to install the player. Select "Run" or "Open" when prompted. Once successfully loaded a video will start playing.

Please select to “Trust” or “Run” the Java Applet when prompted. Once successfully loaded you should then see video start playing on this page.

Known Issues:
- Windows Firefox’s Firebug extensions can cause the Move player not to playback content or your browser to hang. Disabling of this
extension will allow you to view the player.
- Windows Vista with Aero: With Aero turned on (default) often when you scroll the browser it may cause the video to play outside the
player window. Turning off Aero should fix this problem.
- Work Computers: If you are having problems installing the player on your work computer, you may not have administrative rights to
do so. Some IT departments block .exe files from being installed on corporate computers due to virus issues.
- Corporate Firewalls: If you are having problems viewing the event from your office, you may be behind a firewall that is blocking all
unknown incoming streams.
